We’re weeks away from the largest internet IPO in history.
幾個禮拜後,互聯網史上最大首次公開募股即將到來。

Facebook is expected to go public in Mid May, but not before executives spend the next two weeks meeting influential investors and pitching them why they should buy shares on the company.
臉書預計在五月中上市,但行政主管需要先在接下來的兩個禮拜內與具影響力的投資者見面,並試圖說服他們購買公司股份。

It’s a pre IPO ritual called  roadshow and facebook kicks off on newyork on monday.
這是首次公開募股的潛規則稱為路演,而臉書公司選擇在紐約的周一揭開序幕。

Now those meetings are private,but facebook did post an online video for regulaur investors to check out.

So what’s facebook telling those pontential investors?Well.First of all lots of numbers.
所以臉書都跟潛在投資方說明了什麼?第一,提供很多數據參考。

Facebook executives make it very clear that the companies shares scales sets it apart.
臉書行政主管清楚地指出公司股份範圍。

We have over nine hundred million monthly users.
我們每月擁有超過90億的使用者。

Those aren’t the only stats in the roadshow video.
路演影片內容不僅如此。

There are now 300 million  photos uploaded everyday,2 billion likes a day,over a billion and over 5 hundred million users on a daily basiscomments a day 
每天有30億張圖的上傳量,一天有20億點讚次,並超過10億的留言量,每天約有超過50億的使用者。


And facebook is counting on those users for their revenues 
臉書的利潤來自於那些使用者。

The more people on facebook and the more it knows about them.The better facebook could sell targeted advertising

In United States everyday on facebook is like the season finale on American Idol,the most popular show on television times 2 for nearly targeted campaigns

So expect us to invest heavily in our mobile product experience even if mobile monetization is uncertain and take time.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuccburg took the opportunity to sketch out a world where we are always someway connected  to the servise.
